Our Mission
The unprecedented investment of public funds into our nation’s economic recovery demands the highest levels of accountability and transparency. As the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act is enacted and provisions for compliance evolve, our mission is to serve as a source of the most current information and resources for meeting obligations under Title XV of the Act.
Organizations receiving
funds under the Act will be charged to not only make strides in moving the economy forward, but to
do so responsibly with a process that ensures accountability and responsibility. Ensuring due diligence
under Title XV of the new legislation will require compliance with some key provisions of the Act.
